Genoese aperitif Corochinato lt.1

Corochinato is a vermouth-type aromatized white wine originally from Genoa. The white wine produced from Cortese grapes is infused for a month with more than 15 herbs, obtaining an alcohol content of 16%. Locally it is also known as L'Asinello, a name derived from the bottle label which bears the drawing of the animal accompanied by the popular figure of Paciugo. It can be tasted straight accompanied with a slice of lemon or for the preparation of delicious aperitifs
